①配制方法：按生產條件流水作業進行配制，在搪瓷能內放入100千克樹脂，再加入4千克氧化環已酮糊，攪拌均勻，再加入鈦青綠色漿糊適量，目觀顏色達到所需要求即可，放置備用。

②制作方法：將聚酯薄膜裁成2.1米長，寬約1.1米的操作平臺上，鋪放一層聚酯薄膜，在薄膜上鋪***一層方格布，再在方格布上鋪一層方格布，再在上面鋪薄膜，再鋪二層方格布在鋪薄膜。如此重復鋪放許多層，當鋪***后，再進行手糊操作生產，用搪瓷把缸從搪瓷桶中取出配有氧化環已酮和色漿的樹脂（0.8—1千克）倒入另一搪瓷小盆中，再加入樹脂重量的47%環烷酸鈷溶液，攪拌均勻，然后倒在鋪***的上層方格面上，用一個***刮板將樹脂迅速均勻展開。另取1張聚酯薄膜蓋在上面，換一個小刮板在聚酯薄上面刮除夾在方格布中的氣泡。當方格布全部被樹脂液浸漬，氣泡全部趕除后，將夾有方格布的上層薄膜一起移放到在一波型金屬模具上或其它材質的波型正模具上，凈化塔待固化即成一張綠色玻璃鋼凈化塔波紋瓦板，再重復上述操作即能得到若干張玻型瓦，每一模具瓦可疊放許多層新做的瓦，然后鋸邊修整即可出售。
